For our bats, we use the best quality wood available for production. We are confident in the quality of our product and we are convinced that you will be satisfied. However, if your bat breaks within 4 months of the delivery date, we will give you a $10 discount on your next purchase.

Here's how to proceed to get the discount:

  1. Take a picture of your bat on which we can clearly see the break and the Zero K label and another one that shows the label on the knob.

  3. A customer service representative will contact you to provide a discount coupon code.

Limited Warranty Policy

We offer to the original purchaser a one-time bat replacement within 60 days from the date of delivery. The warranty applies when the bat is used under normal conditions and failure is the direct result of a manufacturing defect.

The warranty covers:
  • breakage or cracking that results from normal individual usage with real baseballs.
The warranty does not cover:
  • bat abused or mistreated such as hitting metal cleats, rocks, or anything other than a leather baseball;
  • bat that has been used in commercial batting cages or used to hit rubber dimpled balls;
  • degradation of cosmetic surface resulting from normal wear and tear (including small finish cracks).
The warranty is void if:
  • ball marks are not distributed all around the barrel;
  • the original sticker on the knob has been removed;
  • bat is altered in any way.

Bat that meets the above conditions must be returned to us to be reviewed. See Warranty Return Procedure below. A physical inspection of the bat will be conducted to determine if it meets the conditions of our warranty coverage.

There is no other warranty expressed or implied for composite bats.

Warranty Return Procedure
  • Within the warranty time frame, send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it including your purchase order number.
  • A Customer Service Representative will email you back with a return authorization and the shipping instructions.
  • Ship the bat. Bats being returned for warranty replacement are shipped at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for any bat that is lost during the shipping to our street address.
    PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN A BAT BEFORE RECEIVING A RETURN AUTHORIZATION.

If the bat is approved for warranty replacement we will send out a new bat. The replacement bat we send will be the same length as the one returned. The replacement bat will not be covered by any warranty policy. If the bat length is no longer available, you will have to wait for the next production of composite bats to get your new bat or choose another length. If a replacement bat is available, it is sent out within 10 business days of receiving the returned bat. Shipping charges, if required, are at the customer's expense, according to the current shipping rates.

A bat that does not meet the conditions of our warranty coverage can be returned as is if desired. Shipping charges, if required, are at the customer's expense, according to the current shipping rates.

Warranty service can be refused to any person who, at the discretion of Zero K, abuses Zero K warranty policy or Zero K products.
